Ejal 40® is a powerful skin booster designed to improve skin elasticity, firmness, and overall tension.

What it is

Ejal 40® is a non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid skin booster with a medium molecular weight, developed to regenerate and rebuild
the fundamental structure of the extracellular matrix.
Rather than traditional multipoint mesotherapy, it is typically used with the innovative 4-point BRP (BioRevitalisation Point) technique.

Formulated with pure-class hyaluronic acid, Ejal 40® delivers enhanced efficacy and long-lasting results thanks to its optimal molecular weight
(1200-1800 kDa). It has a smooth, gel-like consistency and is manufactured by Medixa (Italy).
The product holds a CE certificate for medical devices, supporting high standards of safety and quality.

Treatment protocol

The Ejal 40® protocol involves injecting small amounts (0.2-0.25ml) into four BRP points on each side of the face.
In some cases, a fifth point is added centrally on the cheeks. This technique minimises tissue expansion, helping keep the procedure comfortable
while still delivering visible tightening, smoothing, and lifting effects.

Recommended protocols

• Ages 50+: 3 sessions at one-month intervals, followed by 1 session every 3 months
• Ages 40+: 2-3 sessions at one-month intervals, followed by maintenance every 3-4 months
• Typical longevity: results may last 12-18 months

Indications

• Sagging or lax skin

Composition

• Hyaluronic Acid (non-crosslinked): 40mg / 2ml
• Lidocaine: None

Packaging

• 1 pre-filled syringe (2ml)
• 2 sterile needles (30G ½”, 0.3 x 13mm)

Do Not Use If

• Known allergy to hyaluronic acid
• Active skin inflammation or infection
• Tendency to form hypertrophic scars
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Ongoing antibiotic therapy

Treatment method

Ejal 40® should be administered by a qualified professional trained in the BRP technique.
The skin should be properly disinfected prior to treatment, and the patient must be informed about potential side effects.

After injection, the area should be gently massaged to support even distribution. Minor swelling, redness, or bruising may occur and typically resolves
within a few hours to several days.

Storage

Store between 2°C and 25°C. Protect from sunlight and frost. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
