Pre-Treatment Advice
- Avoid acids and retinoids for 3-5 days before unless advised otherwise
- Do not tan or use sunbeds/self-tan for 1 week prior

- Use gentle cleanser and a bland moisturiser for 48-72 hours
- Avoid heat, heavy exercise and exfoliants for 24-48 hours
- Wear SPF 30+ daily to protect new skin
