3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch most standard items within 48 hours of payment being received. Specialist or machine orders may take up to 28 days for delivery. Certain custom or made-to-order products may have lead times of up to 8 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Any claims will be handled in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
The following items and charges are non-refundable:
- Training services
- Administrative fees
- Deposits and partial payments
- Postage and packaging costs
- Any additional service fees incurred
For custom or made-to-order items, refunds are at the discretion of Best You Products and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Your responsibility when returning items. All returns must be authorised by us in advance — please contact customer service before sending anything back. Once a return is authorised, the customer is solely responsible for the safe return of the item. This means the customer must:
- Arrange and pay for return postage or courier collection, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing;
- Securely package the item in its original, undamaged packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included;
- Use a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service, and retain proof of postage.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received and checked by us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, and any loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging or an unsuitable courier may result in the return being refused or the refund being reduced accordingly.
Training students. Where equipment, devices, kits, or other items are supplied to a student in connection with a training course and are required to be returned, it is the student’s sole responsibility to return them promptly, at their own cost, in their original condition and packaging. The above return requirements apply in full, and the items remain the student’s responsibility until received and checked by us. Items returned late, damaged, incomplete, or not at all may be charged for at their full replacement value.
5. Limitation of Liability
Best You Products Ltd provides products on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) including merchantability and fitness for purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill, arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
