The Treatment Your Clients Sit Down For.
- CE certified
- PAT tested before dispatch
- Hands-on training
- White or black finish
A seated, fully clothed, 28‑minute session delivering 11,200 supramaximal contractions. Programme‑led, consumable‑free, and built around a 3000W clinical power supply.
Inside the machine
Look past the shell.
- 01
A sealed clinical shell
One moulded body, a single control point and medical-grade castors. Nothing exposed, nothing to snag, wipe-down between clients.
- 02
3000W independent power supply
Built in rather than bolted on, and actively cooled, so output holds steady through a full clinic day instead of tapering after a few back-to-back sessions.
- 03
30cm magnetic coil, up to 30µH
An oversized coil seated directly beneath the client — the reason a session reaches 11,200 contractions. Every unit is PAT tested and CE documented before it ships.
Engineering
Specified like a clinical device, not a salon accessory.
The parts that decide whether a machine still performs in year three are the ones you cannot see on a product photo. Here is what is actually in it.
3000W built-in supply
Independent internal power rather than an external brick. Consistent output from the first session of the day to the last.
30cm magnetic coil
Maximum output force of 30µH across an unusually large coil, positioned for deep, even pelvic floor activation.
7-inch removable screen
Capacitive touchscreen that lifts off the unit, so the operator can set and adjust the programme without crouching over the chair.
Strength and Recovery modes
Strength builds through a treatment course. Recovery relaxes tension and suits maintenance protocols, so one device covers the whole plan.
200kg load capacity
Leather backrest, reinforced seated chassis and medical-grade castors. Rated to take real clients, repeatedly, without complaint.
CE certified, PAT tested
Full compliance documentation supplied from day one, on 110V/220V, ready for a UK clinic straight out of the crate.
The honest bit
Why it costs less than you expect.
Comparable HIFEM chairs from the largest brands sell into UK clinics at many multiples of this figure. That gap is not a difference in what the machine does during a 28‑minute session.
It is brand licensing, distributor margin, national advertising and a sales structure you end up paying for. We import directly, sell directly and train it ourselves.
What we do not cut is the specification. Same seated HIFEM format, 3000W supply, 30cm coil, 11,200 contractions, CE documentation, PAT testing and a 2‑year warranty.
If it turns out not to be right for your business, we would rather tell you before you buy than after.

How the treatment runs
Three steps. No technique to master.
This is not a hands-on modality where results ride on the operator's touch. The programme does the work, which means anyone you train delivers the same session every time.
Consult and seat
Run your consultation and suitability checks, then seat the client. They stay in their own clothes. No gowns, no preparation, no treatment room to reset.
Select and supervise
Choose Strength or Recovery, set the intensity, press start. The machine runs a fixed 28 minutes while you supervise. Your hands are free.
Rebook and repeat
No downtime, so the client leaves straight away. Sessions sell as courses, which puts the next appointment in the diary before they walk out.
The commercial case
A 28-minute appointment with nothing to reorder.
Fixed session length makes the diary predictable. No consumables means the fee you charge is not eroded before you have paid your staff. Move the sliders to your own numbers.
84 sessions would equal the £4,995 machine price at the selected fee.
Illustrative gross treatment turnover only. It is not profit, break‑even or guaranteed income. It excludes VAT, tax, finance costs, staffing, marketing, discounts, downtime and all other business expenses. Your own results will depend on your pricing, capacity and demand.
Who it brings through the door
One chair. A client base beauty menus miss.
Most machines sell more treatments to the clients you already have. This one gives you a reason to talk to people who would not otherwise book with you.
Pelvic floor strengthening
Course-based programmes for clients actively working on pelvic floor strength and control.
Post-natal wellness
A discreet option to consider after appropriate recovery and professional clearance.
Menopause wellbeing
Extend your menu for clients navigating changing wellness priorities and life stages.
Men's wellness
Reach an audience routinely underserved by traditional salon and aesthetics menus.
Core conditioning
Position pelvic floor activation inside a wider conversation about core strength.
Course-based plans
Structured, supervised programmes rather than one-off appointments.
The Best You launch package
You receive more than the machine.
Everything below is included as standard, so the machine starts earning rather than sitting in a corner.
Hands-on training
A practical training day at Best You Training covering HIFEM theory, consultation, suitability, operation, course structure and aftercare, finishing with a competency assessment.
Delivery and setup
Professional UK delivery, guided installation and machine orientation, so you are not left with a crate and a manual.
2-year warranty
Parts and labour cover included as standard, with a 3-year extended warranty available as an upgrade.
Launch pack
Treatment protocols, consultation and consent documents, aftercare guidance and marketing assets ready to use.
Ongoing support
Technical machine support, continuing tutor support and access to the Best You Training peer network.
Business finance
Available to eligible UK businesses subject to status and approval, on the same inclusions as an outright purchase.
Before you commit
A strong opportunity, when the fit is right.
We would rather lose a sale than place a machine somewhere it will not be used.
A good fit if you…
- Want a treatment category that reaches beyond conventional beauty services
- Have an established or broad adult client base
- Want predictable, programme-led appointments
- Can market discreetly to both men and women
- Have permanent floor space for a seated unit
Think it through if you…
- Need a portable trolley machine that moves between rooms
- Are not ready to promote a new wellness category locally
- Expect the equipment alone to generate bookings without marketing
- Need an Ofqual-regulated qualification route for this modality
- Cannot commit to a permanent position for the chair
Questions before you buy
Clear answers. No hard sell.
Does the client need to undress?
No. The client sits fully clothed for the entire session. There is no preparation beforehand and no recovery time afterwards, which is one of the reasons it is an easier treatment to sell than most.
How long does a session take?
28 minutes, during which the machine delivers 11,200 contractions. Sessions are usually sold as a course rather than one-offs, and the fixed length makes diary planning straightforward.
How much space does it need?
It is a seated chair unit rather than a trolley machine, so it needs a permanent floor position of roughly 560 × 620mm plus access. It does not need a dedicated treatment room, because the client stays clothed, so it can sit in a suitable open or semi-private area.
Is training included?
Yes. A hands-on practical training day at Best You Training covering HIFEM technology, consultation, client suitability, setup, operation, treatment planning and aftercare, finishing with a competency assessment. Ongoing tutor support continues afterwards.
Is there an Ofqual-regulated qualification?
No. There is currently no Ofqual-regulated qualification in HIFEM pelvic floor therapy, because the modality is newer than the regulated qualification framework. We would rather say that plainly than attach an unrelated qualification so we can print the word on a page.
Why is it cheaper than the big brands?
We import directly, sell directly and deliver the training ourselves, so you are not funding brand licensing, distributor margin and national advertising. The specification, compliance documentation, warranty and support are not where the saving comes from.
What is included in the price?
The machine, hands-on training, professional UK delivery and setup, the Best You Launch Package, ongoing technical and tutor support, and a 2-year warranty as standard.
Can the machine diagnose or treat a medical condition?
The BestPelvic Chair should be used within your training, consultation process and professional scope. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or personalised medical care. Clients with symptoms, health concerns or contraindications should be directed to an appropriate healthcare professional.
Can I spread the cost?
