3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch most standard items within 48 hours of payment being received. Specialist or machine orders may take up to 28 days for delivery. Certain custom or made-to-order products may have lead times of up to 8 weeks, which will be confirmed at the point of order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Any claims will be handled in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

For custom or made-to-order items, refunds are at the discretion of Best You Products and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned items must be securely packaged in their original, undamaged packaging. Failure to do so may result in the return being refused.
